DESCRIPTION:We invite you to attend our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday\, June 21\, 2022\nJoin us for an in-person presentation at the Cornwall Library as we look back over the past year and share the impact we have made in Stormont\, Dundas & Glengarry. Come a little early to enjoy a light lunch with sandwiches and refreshments before the meeting starts promptly at noon. \nThis year has been about making connections and addressing gaps of care in our community.
